This morning at the market a father was trying to pick out breakfast for his young son.
"I want a chocolate chip muffin!"
"No, that's for dessert. You can have blueberry or raisin. "
"No but I want chocolate!"
"No that's not healthy for breakfast."
Note to father: if you're letting your son have a 600 calorie muffin for breakfast (which is fine), who gives a flying monkey if it's chocolate or blueberry, as if the "fruit" makes it so much more appropriate for breakfast?
