Your Skills Are Now Complete

Good day to you.

This weekend was a huge disappointment in that New York City received no snow (although I heard an unconfirmed report of 5 inches in Staten Island, but then again, Staten Island doesn't really count). To make up for this huge void, I decided to make some pizza using Trader Joe's pizza dough. Well, another disappointment ensued when I arrived at Trader Joe's to find they only had whole wheat dough left. However, this disappointment was offset by the cashier who talked about his hernia. Anyway, in regards to the whole wheat dough, you must play with the hand god gives you, and therefore I was determined to make the best pizza possible despite a substandard dough. I must say I did a good job, and I have been named a Pizza Jedi by Master Yoda.

Crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, olive oil, sea salt, red onions.

Crushed tomatoes, aged shredded mozzarella, grated regianno parmesan, red onions.
