I win...

People can whine all they want about the economy - I personally love it. An apartment in the Dokota that was going for $24 million not so long ago was recently slashed down to $14.5, which brings it just into my range. The upper range, to be sure, but still within range.

The Dakota is a famed co-op on 72 and Central Park West. It's probably most famous as being the home of John Lennon, who was shot and killed right outside its entrance.

Anyway, I can't wait to move in. And I think Yoko Ono still lives there. And I think we're going to be friends.
