The Adventures of Rupert Murdoch (Alternate Ending)

The version of the Adventures of Rupert Murdoch that currently exists is the version I conceived of when I first starting production. However, during filming, I thought of an alternate ending which is perhaps good, perhaps even better?

The only scene from the first section that is changed is the very last shot. If you remember, Rupert Murdoch had mad a jab at Eric Stoltz and his (non-existent) career. Eric Stoltz seemed rather upset by this remark.

Anyway, here is the alternate ending. One scene from the first section has changed, so I have included that here.

He's right. My life is pointless. Maybe I should go on adventures, too...

Stoltz!

Murdoch! You thought that comment about my career was really clever, didn't you? Well, now I am an adventurer, too, and I am going to make you sorry!
