2) The entire suit is just not good. The color is too blue, and I don't like the black shirt and silver tie.
3) I don't know if Hasselhoff's insanity caused him to wear this suit, or if the suit caused him to go insane, but either way it is obvious that he has, indeed, lost his mind.
