So, I've been thinking about what 'kind' of western I like more -- the stylistic, absolutely awesome 'man with no name' trilogy type, or other westerns that have more of a theme or message.

The Clint Eastwood, Sergio Leone 'man with no name trilogy' is absolutely awesome, but perhaps rather nihilistic and certainly rather unemotional.

I happen to like Tombstone, and it represents a type of western that has a 'moral' or 'message,' although quite frankly I am now calling all of this into question -- perhaps The Good, the Bad & the Ugly does have a message, it's just conveyed in a much different way.
Well, I guess just disregard everything I just said. Have a nice day.
