Hello. I wanted to tell you about a special snack I had last evening.
First, I broke my normal routine of jogging, eating, walking, then getting a treat. I got into my running clothes but I was simply exhausted and took a little nap. I've been kind of tired for a few weeks now, and also my legs have been very tired. But they should be getting stronger, with all this running I'm doing. And I haven't been overdoing it. I have not been running 10 miles a day every day. Just 3-4 miles, 4 times a week or so. That's really very light. But my legs aren't getting at all stronger. When I run, they feel very tired and I cannot run very fast.
So anyway, I took a nap and then ate dinner and then went for a walk. It was a beautiful evening. Then I stopped at the market and got some items. Then I came home and prepared a snack. I had pepperjack cheese with crackers and gummy bears. It was good. Then I watched some documentary about Jaws and then I went to bed.
