I Felt Very Sick & Glad

Yesterday I went to a restaurant in Chinatown called New Green Bo. I thought it was a very good restaurant. My friend and I shared soup dumplings, a scallion pancake, and two main courses: pork and cabbage over rice, and also a beef dish with vegetables.

New Green Bo is a rather cozy and unpretentious establishment; most people were Chinese, although there were a few deviants like my friend and I

The soup dumplings and the scallion pancake; both were excellent; the scallion pancake may have been the best scallion pancake I have ever tasted!

For those of you who do not know, soup dumplings are dumplings with soup inside! These dumplings consisted of a pork and crab filling -- and soup!

Both of these dishes were very solid, yet I would say the appetizers were better

Anyway, this was a good eating experience, and afterwards I felt mildly satiated but not exactly full. After dinner we went to a bakery and I got a creme puff and an egg custard tart. Then we went to another bakery and we both got coconut bubble tea. After having these things I felt rather uneasy and full. Fortunately, we did a bit of walking, but not enough to make me feel like I hadn't gained about 4 pounds.

The End.
